- เพื่อความสะดวก บริษัท ได้ทำการจัดเก็บข้อมูลของท่านที่ได้กรอกรายละเอียดในระบบที่มีความปลอดภัย โดยถือว่าเป็นสิทธิและกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัท ทั้งนี้ บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะดำเนินการทำซ้ำหรือโอนถ่ายข้อมูลของท่านเพื่อเก็บไว้ในเซิร์ฟเวอร์ หรือระบบที่บริษัทพิจารณาเห็นว่าเหมาะสม (ไม่ว่าภายในหรือภายนอกประเทศไทย) รวมไปถึงมอบหมายให้ตัวแทนของบริษัทดำเนินการนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ หรือระบบดังกล่าวตามที่บริษัทพิจารณาเห็นสมควร (ถ้ามี)
- บริษัทจะทำการปกป้องข้อมูลของท่านโดยไม่เผยแพร่ให้กับบุคคลภายนอก เว้นแต่จะได้รับอนุญาตจากท่าน หรือเพื่อเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเท่านั้น
- ท่านจะไม่ทำการใดๆ อันขัดต่อกฏหมาย ต่อศีลธรรมอันดี และก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย ต่อ บริษัท, สังคม, ศาสนา, สถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ทั้งในส่วน ข้อความ, ภาพนิ่ง, ภาพเคลื่อนไหว, เสียง
- บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับการเป็นสมาชิก เมื่อท่านได้ทำเนื้อหา ที่ผิดต่อข้อตกลงข้างต้น โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และทางบริษัท จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใดๆ
- ข้อมูลของท่านเราจะทำการเก็บเอาไปไว้ในฐานข้อมูลของลูกค้า เพื่อทำการวิจัยทางการตลาดกลุ่มเป้าหมาย

- To facilitate our operations, the Company will keep your personal data (which has been registered) in our high security-protected system and such information will belong to the Company’s right & ownership. The Company reserves the right to copy and transfer your personal data to be kept in any server which is deemed appropriate by the Company (whether inside or outside in Thailand) and entrust or assign to a third party (which is deemed appropriate by the Company) to conduct the copying and transfer of your personal data (if any).
